I liked the quiz. I guess this got me thinking a bit more deeply about my lazy habits. I could say that some of the procrastination excuses and triggers do apply to me. One major trigger I just realized I've always had was - procrastination due to anger/depression etc.

According to this book, procrastination does have its used - considering me, I think the major use could be procrastination for anger. There are a lot of reasons here and a lot of exercises and stuff to get rid of this habit. However, I have one doubt, I'm not sure how much this relates to procrastination - the author does not speak of procrastination due to external factors (like something may come up causing you to delay something?). Again I', not even sure this relates to the topic of this book, but this was just a thought that crossed my mind.

PS. the only time I most definitely DO NOT PROCRASTINATE, is when I find free books on amazon and ANY goods on sale price! :D

Plenty of options and tips rolled up into a short guide.

I had a fun time reading this book. I never really felt discouraged to be a procrastinator but the author generously gave me lots of options to defeat it. Very vibrant and upbeat tone through the book and I even admit I didn't know where to start after I finished. Lots of options means huge potential in changing habits and it left me with a very optimistic feeling that I'll become a better person.

The author gives some very good information about how to overcome procrastination. He keeps it short and sweet, which I like very much. The ideas in this book are very general and can be applied to any situation.
